These Terms govern all logistics services provided by Nationwide Logistics Ltd. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you accept these Terms.
Service Provision
We carry all goods subject to the current RHA Conditions of Carriage 2020. Copies available on request.
Quotations
Quotes are valid for 7 days and based on information supplied at the time of enquiry. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, out-of-hours collection or failed deliveries.
Payment
Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
Liability
Our liability is limited as per RHA Conditions. Enhanced Goods in Transit cover up to £10m available on request.
